I am a small-town lady from Quesnel BC located in the centrally Northern area of British Columbia.
I founded my travel business on September 19, 2019—just months before COVID changed the travel industry and the world.
Rather than stepping away, I used that time to learn. With a background in auditing, technology and coordinating people and equipment in remote mining environments, I’ve always been driven by problem-solving, organization and exceptional customer service. During COVID, I became especially passionate about advocating for travellers whose money remained tied up with airlines, and I worked diligently at the government level to be part of the conversation and solution.
When travel returned, I knew clients would value knowledgeable, experienced advisors more than ever. I also saw an opportunity to mentor travel professionals to become strong businesspeople while never losing sight of something I believe deeply in: good old-fashioned customer service.
Travel is personal to me. I believe firsthand experience matters. My extensive travels throughout Mexico and the Caribbean, combined with continuous destination and resort education, have earned me numerous industry accreditations allowing me to personally advise our clients and align my expertise with their must haves and wish lists.
